Terms and Conditions for your golf holidays with Tee Times Golf Agency

The website lisbonpackage.com is owned and operated by Tee Times LDA, a fully bonded company registered with VAT number 506 629 473.
Operating since 1993 with a Registered office at Parque das Amendoeiras, 8125-419 Vilamoura, Algarve, Portugal.
Official Travel Agent certified by Portugal Tourism Board through Algarve Association Bureau under the license number 2474.
We are members of International Association of Golf Tour Operators which means we are obliged to a restrict, responsible and profissional code of conduct.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully, they apply to your booking.

Bookings / Contract

You can make a booking (golf courses, accommodation, transfers, car rental or clubs hire) for Portugal or Spain on the Internet 24 hours a day on www.lisbonpackage.com website or call our team of golf experts on +351 289 300 680, available 7 days a week from 08.30 am to 19.00 pm. All Bookings are subject to availability.
When you make a booking you accept on behalf of all members of the group these terms and conditions and the conditions of the relevant suppliers (golf, accommodation, transfers, car rental or clubs hire). You are responsible for all payment due from the group. Clients who do not pay the invoice in due time are liable to have their trip cancelled and appropriate charges levied for administration.
Please check if all names, dates and timings are correct on receipt of all documents and advise if any information appears to be incorrect within 72 hours. After this time any changes to these details may incur amendment fees which we cannot be held responsible.

Price / Deposit

Tee Times Golf Agency offers you a Best Price Guarantee, if you find a better price with same conditions we will refund you the difference.
All prices quoted are stated in Euros.
When you make your booking a Refundable deposit is required at the time of confirmation. Afterwards a balance will be requested 60 days and a final balance 30 days before arrival or first day of game. For Group Bookings the payment deadlines may be adjusted.
Failure to pay the deposit, balance and final balance in full by the specified deadlines will result in the cancellation of your booking and your deposit may be retained.
A full payment will be request if your booking is within 30 days of arrival day. An immediate deposit or full payment may be requested when booking green fees only.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend services and prices on our website without any notice. We wil advise you of the current price of the golf or travel arrangements that you wish before your booking is confirmed. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on our website.

Payment methods

Payments can be made online trough our secure platform using credit or debit cards. For extra security you may have to activate online payments with your bank and a validation code wil be send to your mobile to confirm each transaction.
We do not hold details nor at any time do we see them. This gives you complete confidence that you are purchasing from a totally secure website.
By entering your payments details, you confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by its owner.
There are no surcharges for using debit or credit cards.
Bank transferences are also accepted, please refer to file/booking number and send us a copy by email when you issue it.


We do our best to ensure the accuracy and update of the information and prices in our website, in our email, newsletters and quotes. Unfortunately changes and errors occasionally occur. We will therefore confirm the details and price of your chosen golf break at the time of booking.
We rely upon the descriptions provided to us by the suppliers of the services and facilities described. Sometimes the facilities described will be withdrawn for reasons such as golf course maintenance, bad weather and some facilities or activities may not be available all year round. When our suppliers advise us about significant changes to descriptions or facilities, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Complaints and disputes resolution

If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform immediately the concerned supplier (hotel, golf course, transfer company, car rental company or clubs rental company) who will endeavour to put things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please contact Tee Times Golf Agency by emailing request@teetimes.pt or phone +351 289 300 680 and allow us to assist on your behalf. If you fail to follow this procedure we will have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate and rectify your complaint whilst you were in resort and this may affect your rights. Based on our experience it is better and more efficient to resolve problems that arise during your holiday promptly so that you can continue to enjoy your holiday.
If your complaint is not resolved locally, please send us an email within 14 days of your return home.
Should you feel your complaint has not been handled correctly, you can contact the following entities that are available to help with the resolution of any complaints or disputes and to provide information regarding consumer laws and rights. For the Algarve region please visit http://www.consumidoronline.pt/en/ and for any other region in Portugal please go to Complaint Book at https://www.livroreclamacoes.pt/inicio. For any region in Portugal or Spain please go to the European Commission Online dispute on http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Please note this will not determine how your complaint should be resolved.

Cancellations / Amendments / No Show

If you wish to change or cancell your booking you must notify us in writing by email.
Amendments are subject to availability of the supliers, we will do our best to accomplish your request but it may not always be possible to fulfil it. If there are costs involved these will be charged to you. Where there are free places involved, e.g. 1 free in 8, there are times when a reduction in numbers will not mean a reduction in overall holiday price.
No alterarion fees will be aplied if there are no costs involved.
Cancellations & No-Shows often incur costs with the supliers and these costs will be charged to you, please be aware that these costs will increase the closer to arrival date the cancellation is made. Additionally an administration fee of 30 Euros per person will be retained by us.
It is very unlikely that we will have to make any changes or even cancell your travel arrangement, but occasionally, we may have to and we reserve the right to do so at any time. Most of these changes will be minor and we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. We will not cancel your travel arrangements less than 4 weeks before your departure date, except for reasons of force majeure or failure by you to pay the final balance. If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements, you can either have a refund of all monies paid or accept an offer of alternative travel arrangements from us, if available (we will try to offer you an alternative of equivalent or higher standard for which you will not be asked to pay more than the original price. We will refund any price difference if the alternative is of a lower value than the original one).
Last but not the least, please bear in mind that if you need to cancel or amend a booking, we will do everything we can to help you minimize costs. We are known by our flexibility and pride ourselves on our customer service.

Tee Times

Golf Courses reserve the right to alter confirmed tee times. If for any reason your tee time should not be available, we will offer you the nearest possible alternative. Tee times are based on playing in four-balls, please be aware that you may be paired up with other golfers.
We recommend being ready to tee off 30 minutes prior to your confirmed tee time. It is the players responsibility to be on time for their respective tee time, as lateness can result in refusal by the courses to play, this decision is at the discretion of the golf course management and can create a non-refundable situation considered as a No Show plus a 20 Euros administration charge.

Dress Code

Please check before you travel that your group is aware of appropriate golfing attire. Proper clothing and footwear should be worn at the golf course and Clubhouse, such as polo collared shirts, trousers or tailored shorts golf shoes etc. No denim jeans, swim wear or t-shirts are accepted. We will not accept any responsibility in any ruling by the golf course if a member of your group is unable to play due to inappropriate attire.


It is important that you behave responsibly and with consideration for others during your holiday. When booking with us you accept responsability for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your group. We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to terminate your holiday if your behaviour is in our opinion or that of suppliers, to cause distress, damage, annoyance or danger to any third party, or their property. If you are prevented from travelling or to leave the hotel/golf course due in the opinion of a person in authority because you appear for whatever reason unfit to travel, we have no further responsibility for your journey or your holiday. We will impose full cancellation charges and will not give any refunds. We will be under no obligation whatsoever to pay you compensation or cover any costs you may incur as a result of having to make alternative arrangements.

Condition of Golf Course

We frequently check the golf courses conditions and constantly update information about their maintenance on the website. But their actual playing condition may vary from time to time. Course maintenance such as greens aerification, sand topdressing and drainage improvments etc happen from time to time and often are scheduled with short notice, depending on weather, which means that we are not always made aware of when this will occur. Events such as these are out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for the condition of the course during your break.

Bad Weather

If in the event of bad weather you are unable to play due to golf course closure, we will try to accommodate an alternative tee time as best as possible or try to obtain a "rain voucher" to be used on a future booking with us. Each golf course has its own weather policy and all decisions regarding partial refunds or green fee vouchers are at the discretion of the supplier.
Golf played on temporary greens and tees is non-refundable and is considered to be an accepted part of playing golf during periods of bad weather. Please note that trolley and buggy bans may occur when a course is wet.

Handicap Certificate / Golf etiquette

In most cases the handicap certificate is not a requirement. The most important factors on Golf these days are the etiquete and the pace of play. However some courses do request Federation Cards which we normally make a notification on these ones.
The appropriate golfing etiquette and knowledge of golfing rules is expected by all members of your group. Each golf course reserves the right to refuse access if it is judged that individuals do not display the required etiquette and/or knowledge.


Tee Times Golf Agency has a Civil Responsability insurance by Allianz that protects its customers for: reimbursement of patrimonial / non-patrimonial damages caused to clients by actions or omissions of the agency; Medical assistance during the trip; Repatriation and assistance of customers when for reasons not attributable to them, the customer cannot finish the organized trip. To benefit of this protection it is mandatory to book 2 of the following services: accommodation, land transportation and golf rounds.
However we recommend you take the appropriate insurances for your holiday that should cover for, cancellation, Personal Injury, Third Party Cover, Death, Theft, Accidents, Illness, Baggage loss, Fines, Legal Costs, flight cancellations or any other factor based outside the inclusive holiday arrangements with the Agency. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance coverage you purchase is adequate for your particular needs. We accept no responsibility or liability for loss due to insufficient insurance acquired for your holiday.

Extraordinary and Force Majeure Circumstances

Extraordinary and Force Majeure circumstances would be a situation beyond the control of either party and the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken. This may cover such eventualities as: warfare, riot, civil strife, terrorism, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, epidemics and pandemics, industrial dispute, airspace closure or natural disasters which make it impossible to travel safely to the destination. We will be unable to accept responsibility if we have to change your booking, or if we cannot provide services as booked, or if you suffer any loss, as a result of Extraordinary Circumstances.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and security. All personal data that we collect from you will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy (here).

Financial Protection

All your payments are protected in the following ways:
Tee Times Golf Agency does not provide flight booking reservations, therefore is not connected to the ATOL sheme or any similar institution. However, our customers will be protected by an insurance of Civil Liability with a Guaranteed Amount of 75,000.00 €.
Furthermore we are Member of Portugal Tourism Board, under the registration number 2474. This entitie is the National tourist authority, responsible for the promotion, valuation and sustainability of the tourist activity, which only Official Travel Agencies can register. As registrated members we have access to a Travel and Tourism Guarantee Fund that protects our costumers in case we suffer a liquidation or do not accomplish with the services confirmed.


We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that proper arrangements have been made for the holidays offered by us and accept full responsibility for the quality of your holiday as confirmed to you. Tee Times Golf Agency accepts responsibility for the acts or omissions of its employees, whilst acting within the scope of or in the course of their employment. We shall not be liable for suppliers (golf courses, accommodation, transfers, car rental or clubs hire) acts or omissions but we will do our utmost to protect your rights in case the confirmed services are not being delivered.
In the event that you or a member of your party suffers illness, injury or death as a result of any negligence on the part of our staff, we accept full responsibility. We will not be liable where this was caused by the act(s) and/or omission(s) of the person(s) affected or by its own negligence, or those of a third party not connected with the provision of your holiday arrangements and which were unforeseeable or unavoidable or an event which either ourselves or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not have foreseen or avoided even with all due care.
All holiday arrangements are subject to the terms, conditions and liability limitations of the relevant suppliers (golf courses, accommodation, transfers, car rental or clubs hire).

Travel documents and Health

It is your responsibility to ensure you meet the specific passport, visa and health requirements of the countries you visit, and those that you transit. We cannot accept any liability if you are refused entry onto any transport or into any country due to failure on your part to carry correct documentation.
Most European countries enjoy a good level of medical service. We recommend that you insure yourself properly. We suggest that you obtain the European Health Insurance Card, a freecard that gives you access to medically necessary healthcare under the same conditions and at the same cost (free in some countries) as people insured in that country.
