Very picturesque and quirky course. You need to be strategic on quite a few holes, so knowing the course helps. Eminently playable but not up to the same standard as the other courses in the region. Staff and Green keepers very friendly and helpful. Will definitely play again.

The low rating had everything to do with the wind and nothing to do with the course. The cart paths on this course need a serious overhaul. I might need a kidney transplant after getting bounced around for 18 holes.

The course is not the same standard as Praia Del Rei or West Cliffs but is more than playable and good value compared to the other courses in the region. The front 9 is more challenging and you do need to know the course to plot your way around as there are a number of blind shots required. Very pretty course winding through the Portuguese countryside.

Interesting layout with some great holes. Unfortunately we found the fairways muddy and overall the course looked a bit unloved. It needs investment.

I stayed at the hotel with my wife and 1 year old daughter. The resort is great, very family friendly and perfect for combining golf and family time. I played 3 rounds; course is in great condition. Front 9 is tight and requires a bit of strategy to score, back 9 is quite open, and can be taken on more with driver. Greens were pure, fairways good, I imagine it gets quite boggy in winter as some areas soft under foot from sprinklers. Overall, highly recommend, resort and course exceeded my expectations.

It rained a lot in the morning and due to this the court was very wet. Greens nevertheless were in good conditions.
