Royal Obidos golf course is one of the newst golf courses in the West region. Designed by Severiano Ballesteros this golf course gives an important contribution to a rising golf region just west of Lisbon. A Par 72 Championship course with long fairways, ( the course layout spanning 6400mt) and stunning seaside views makes Royal Obidos not only an wonderfull course to play but also will represent a true test of golf for players of all levels.

Der Platz von Royal Obidos ist anspruchsvoll aber sehr schön. Dar Platz ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, ich kann nichts Negatives berichten.

Royal Obidos was in excellent condition on our return here. Probably the toughest in the area with water in play at a number of holes. Suggest taking a buggy unless you are fit. Beautiful scenery and many interesting holes with the pick of the bunch the 2nd that sweeps down from high and the fairway follows the water round for what seems a mile!

Played here twice this week and reckon this is the most difficult course in the area. A test for even the most proficient of golfers. The staff were great and very helpful.
If you are of an older generation like us I recommend buggies and you will thank us by the time you get from the 1st green to the 2nd tee that involves a long and pretty steep climb. We found the whole course picturesque, with some nice views over the lagoon. Some wonderful holes with water, whilst lovely to look at, have an appetite to swallow golf balls. Course was soft in places highlighted by flags following some heavy rain. Despite the heavy conditions we had a most enjoyable experience and will certainly return again. This was the last of 6 games booked with teetimes.pt and we were very pleased with how easy the process was and how efficient they were with all the bookings.
