Nice course, teetime was delayed for an hour because of a little tournament in front of us and fog. While waiting we had an espresso at the clubhouse which was overpriced (3.30 )

Overall Bom Sucesso is the 4th best course in this area and hence the green is the cheapest of the 4. However the greens in terms of condition and playability are a very close second to Royal Obidos. There are some fun holes on this course and hopefully as the economy in the area improves more investment will be made into the course to get it back to the high standard it once was.

First time playing. Nice in crowded day. Maybe not as pristine or as challenging as other courses in the area but a nice course nonetheless. Check-in was pleasant and helpful. Clubhouse and restaurant was simple but very nice, as was the tosta and beer after my round. Will return again. Great value for the money.

The course was decent with nice greens. The club house and environment in general was very sterile. The people were pleasant but not really a place you’d hang out and have a beer. Cant really put it into words.

Challenging course with good fairways and well looked after greens. Really enjoyed it.
If you have a buggy some of the pathways need attention and the bridges on the eighteenth are becoming downright dangerous

18th hole decommisioned for being wet - I don't think this is appropriate
They should use pin flags to enable golfers to guage where the pin is on the green - front, back or middle

Long inland course with slick greens. Difficult towards the end with a long walk from 18 green to the clubhouse ( the bus service was not operating when weplayed)

Around the first tee and practise area's looks a bit of a building site, but you are there to play golf and you can't fault that.

First time we've played here, staff very helpful & got us out despite the fog for the first 2 holes. Never gets the same level of praise as it's neighbours, so our expectations were lower than usual, but we found this a really interesting course in good condition and more than challenging enough for our fourball [handicap 8-16], and certainly would consider it for our next tour when based in Obidos.

Worst out of the 4. some holes are very plain and boring. 17th in particular was very disappointing as for the 2nd shot you had to walk to the end of the fairway top see the green, perhaps cutting the trees along the ditch might make it slightly more enjoyable.

Very nice golf course. It one has the impression that the community of Holiday housing and the Hotel were struck by the economic crises and that a number of houses are empty. Nevertheless the golfing experience was very nice and the staff of the golf course is also extremely friedly and very helpful if one has any questions.

Can not recommend Bom Sucesso to anyone. Even though only five years old it seems that they can not afford to keep premises and course in shape. My lawn is better than their badly maintained fairway, it was not even cut and very uneven.
